Remove makeup and cleanse face and lash line thoroughly before applying Borboleta Lash Serum. Dip the brush once per eye and use applicator to apply Lash Serum along clean, dry upper lash line only. Wipe any excess product off and wait approximately 90 seconds for Lash Serum to dry before going to sleep or applying other products around your eye area.

- We recommend that you use Borboleta Lash Serum during the evening, as directed. If you choose to apply Lash Serum in the morning, be sure that it is on a clean, dry lash line to ensure cleanliness and effective use of the formula. Borboleta Lash Serum should be completely dry before you apply anything else to the eye area.
- Will applying Borboleta Lash Serum more often deliver quicker results?
- Borboleta Lash Serum will give your eyelashes a fuller and longer-looking appearance with just once a day application. No additional applications are necessary. We do not recommend using the product more than once a day, as overuse may lead to irritation.
- Will I be ok if I forget to use Borboleta Lash Serum for a day or two?
- If you forget and skip an application, just apply the Lash Serum as usual the following evening. Do not apply more frequently because you have missed an application, as overuse may lead to irritation. Consistent use is important to see the results you want.
- Can Borboleta Lash Serum be used on the lower lash line?
- Do not use on the lower lash line. Using the product on both the upper and lower lashes could lead to irritation in the eye area.
- How do I use Borboleta Lash Serum with my nightly skincare regimen?
- Remove your makeup. Then wash your face. Eyes should be completely clean and dry. Apply Lash Serum as directed and wait at least 90 seconds for the product to completely dry before applying any other products around the eye area.
- Is Borboleta Lash Serum safe for my eyes?
- This product has been clinically tested and ophthalmologist approved and has been found to be well tolerated and non-irritating for the great majority of users. As with many cosmetic products, some users may experience mild allergic reactions. After use, if redness, itching or other irritation occurs, discontinue use for 48 hours. Upon resumption, if irritation persists, discontinue use.
- Will Borboleta Lash Serum discolor my eye or eyelids?

- If applied according to directions — once a day on the upper lash line — one container should last approximately 3 months. We recommend replacing after 4 months from opening.
- What is the shelf life of Borboleta Lash Serum?
- Lash Serum has a two-year shelf life. However, once opened we recommend that Lash Serum be used within the next 4 months then discarded.
- What should I do if I accidentally get Borboleta Lash Serum in my eyes?
- Borboleta Lash Serum is designed to be used on the upper lash line and contact with the eye should be carefully avoided. However, if the product does get into your eye, immediately rinse with plenty of cool water. If irritation from direct contact occurs, temporarily discontinue use. If symptoms persist, see your doctor.
- Can I use Borboleta Lash Serum if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
- The Borboleta Lash Serum was not tested on pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. We recommend if you are pregnant or breastfeeding to discuss use with your doctor.
