DIRECTIONS: To remove makeup, use with Breakdown, working into lashline and lids. Once makeup is loosened, run brush under water to rinse product from brush and through lashes to rinse product from eyes. Pat eyes gently with a towel to dry. To cleanse lashes, dispense Lash Bath into palm of hand and swirl to create a lather or use brush to pick up foam. Apply to eye area and lashes by swooping brush over and under lashes. Run brush under water to rinse product from brush and through lashes to rinse product from eyes. Pat eyes gently with a towel to dry. Gently squeeze any excess water from brush before snapping into drying stand and storing upright to dry. If brush acquires any excess makeup remover or oil over time, gently cleanse bristles with shampoo, rinse with water, squeeze excess water from brush and dry in stand.

Borboleta Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

2 Day Shipping: $30 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM MST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

Track Your Order

Borboleta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item. 

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 60 days, the product is nonrefundable.

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Borboleta Beauty is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
